Loan Closing Intern

RCN Capital is a national, direct, private lender headquartered in South Windsor, CT. They are seeking a Closing Intern to join their Legal team and support our Attorneys, Closers and Title Examiners in our South Windsor, CT office. The Closing Intern will be responsible for supporting Legal staff reviewing title and closing documentation, entity documentation and other legal research as needed. Responsibilities Legal research Entity review Requirements Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask under pressure At least 1 year of experience in a legal office setting preferred Experience in real estate or real estate law is strongly preferred Experience drafting legal documents preferred Educational Paths of Interest Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, Business, or related field, or actively pursuing Paralegal Certification Work Schedule South Windsor, CT Charlotte, NC Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 9AM to 6PM Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
