Hospice Spiritual Care Leader
Hospice of the Western Reserve, Inc.
Reserve Care (formerly Hospice of the Western Reserve) is seeking a chaplain/spiritual care professional to lead spiritual care within a transdisciplinary team in Ohio. You will assess spiritual needs, guide care planning, and coordinate with community clergy and volunteers. The role emphasizes addressing terminal illness, bereavement, and ethical-religious aspects, with optional Master of Divinity and four CPE units as qualifications.
