For more than 33 years, Café Santorini has been one of Pasadena's iconic dining destinations—known for vibrant Mediterranean cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and consistently delivering memorable dining experiences.
We're not looking for someone to simply cook on the grill.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in mastering it.

What You'll Be Responsible For The Grill Station Execution
- Cooking steaks, lamb, chicken, seafood, and other grilled specialties to exact specifications
- Maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation during high-volume service
- Monitoring temperatures and food quality throughout every shift
- Preparing, organizing and cleaning your station for efficient service
- Following recipes and portion standards
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Minimizing waste while maximizing product quality
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen team during service
- Supporting fellow line cooks and kitchen staff
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Helping create a positive, high-performance kitchen culture
- Remaining calm and focused during busy services
What We're Looking For
- Experience working a high-volume grill station
- Strong understanding of meat temperatures and proper cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Pride in consistency and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.
