What You'll Do

As an important member of our clinical team, you will help create a comfortable and efficient experience for every patient who visits our office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting providers during restorative, cosmetic, and general dental procedures
• Taking digital radiographs and ensuring accurate patient records
• Preparing treatment areas before and after appointments
• Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing instruments according to safety standards
• Educating patients and helping them feel at ease throughout treatment
• Maintaining clinical inventory and assisting with daily office flow
• Supporting dentists and hygienists in delivering high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• Current Dental Assistant certification
• Active X-Ray certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, patient-focused approach
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

Pay & Benefits

Compensation: $20.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.

Work Schedule

Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
