Pharmacist in Charge
MEDSTAR HEALTH
As Pharmacist in Charge at MedStar Health, you will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations for a high-volume, patient-centered healthcare setting. You’ll ensure safe, accurate, and compliant medication use, oversee staff pharmacists and technicians, and maintain adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations. Partnering with physicians and clinical teams, you’ll optimize medication therapy, drive quality and safety initiatives, manage inventory and controlled substances, and support education, training, and continuous improvement across the pharmacy service.
