Pharmacist in Charge

MEDSTAR HEALTH

As Pharmacist in Charge at MedStar Health, you will lead daily pharmacy operations ensuring safe, effective, and compliant medication use across a dynamic healthcare setting. You will oversee clinical verification, dispensing, and monitoring of therapies, supervise pharmacists and technicians, and manage inventory and controlled substances in line with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Partnering with physicians and nurses, you’ll optimize medication therapy, advance safety and quality initiatives, support staff development, and help shape innovative, patient-first pharmacy services for the communities we serve.
