The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Mass Torts Trial Attorney to take on a pivotal role in our expanding mass torts practice. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on large-scale, complex litigation matters that make a real difference in people's lives, while developing your skills alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative, plaintiff-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of mass tort litigation from initial investigation through trial
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and discovery materials
- Take and defend depositions of experts, corporate representatives, and fact witnesses
- Collaborate with co-counsel and expert witnesses on case strategy and trial preparation
- Utilize case management systems to organize and track complex, multi-plaintiff litigation
- Contribute to the development and execution of litigation strategy on high-value matters
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of complex civil litigation experience (plaintiffs' side or defense)
- Exceptional legal research and writing abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with case management software and legal technology
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Passion for advocating on behalf of injured plaintiffs
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
