Join Our Team as the Property Manager of Our Brand-New Community in Lake Worth Beach, FL! Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Manager with a proactive mindset to lead the lease up of The Laurent, our brand-new Workforce community! This is a unique opportunity to open a new community from the ground up, build your own team, and shape the resident experience from day one. Position: Property Manager Location: The Laurent, a new 192-unit Workforce community at 2431 2nd Avenue North, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461 Key Qualifications 3 to 5 years of property management experience with affordable or Workforce multi-family communities LIHTC experience required Previous lease up and/or Workforce housing experience preferred Yardi experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required Responsibilities Lead the new community through lease up to achieve occupancy and financial goals Oversee leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations Hire, train, schedule, and supervise on-site staff Manage budgets and expenditures Perform market analysis and recommend competitive pricing Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and federal and state regulations Coordinate resident services, activities, and community improvements Requirements Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; Property Management coursework preferred Prior supervisory experience managing mid to large-size communities Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software CAM or Registered Apartment Manager certification preferred Valid Driver's License required Benefits Competitive base salary and annual discretionary bonus Monthly personal cell phone allowance Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement opportunities Paid sick time, vacation time, and career advancement opportunities About Us As a leading, nationwide, residential property owner, we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents.
