This role will provide health care to individuals and families as instructed by the physician, perform routine clinical procedures as directed by the physician, participate in patient education, and enter appropriate documentation into patients’ health record. Inclement Weather Status Required to report Job Purpose To provide healthcare services to patients under the instruction of the Physician or APPs Education High School Diploma Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program Licenses and/or Certifications National/Registered Medical Assistant Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association NCT permit through the Texas Medical Board Work Experience Methodist Medical Group is the North Texas physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System.
