Medical Malpractice Attorney

Our client, a prominent national plaintiff’s law firm, seeks an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its growing team. The Medical Malpractice Attorney will handle and support a heavy and complex caseload of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. The firm offers highly competitive compensation and benefits, ranging from $100k – $300k, depending on experience. This position is on-site in Atlanta. Responsibilities: Day-to-day handling of medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution, including trial Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum Guide clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances and trial Qualifications: JD from fully accredited law school and active Bar admission in GA 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally involving medical negligence/malpractice, catastrophic injury, and/or nursing home matters Ability to manage high volume Excellent client service and communication skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Lexitas prohibits discrimination based on race, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lexitas Legal Talent Solutions
