Collaboratively develop course outlines and clinical experiences to implement the curriculum design, evaluating student performance in lecture, laboratory, and clinical courses and providing timely feedback, as well as providing any necessary remediation. Academic advising of students, degree transcript tracking, tracking student progress, and retention of students. Review and analysis of program data and outcomes, student learning outcomes, and retention in accordance with the University's policies and procedures. Participate in program, divisional, and University committees and meetings.50% - Didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction. Development and implementation of remedial plans.30% -Develop, implement, and conduct/proctor assessments on program and course student learning outcomes. Utilize the University's learning management system (LMS), Exam Soft, and Trajecsys. Requires travel to clinical sites in the Central (Alexandria) and South (Lafayette and surrounding areas) Louisiana.10% - Develop instructional materials; course outlines, laboratory and clinical experiences to implement the curriculum design and any tasks assigned by the Director of Surgical Technology.5% -Participate in program, divisional, and University committees and meetings.
