Position Overview AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business‑minded, and innovative Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. Compensation & Benefits Unlimited earning potential with 100% incentive‑based compensation structure Competitive new business and renewal commission Complementary lead linked to the massive AAA membership database Start Up Bonus Marketing Reimbursement Agency Development Bonus Agency Growth Bonus Support Resources Step‑by‑step assistance: detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards Comprehensive education: in‑person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems Continual support: access to resources for licensed staff recruitment, financial management, business plan development, and networking with experienced agents Products Sold Property and Casualty Insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines; plus brokered products Life Insurance: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities (AAA Life Insurance Company – A‑rating) AAA Membership: Programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles; loyal customer base with roadside assistance and savings opportunities Responsibilities & Qualifications You will bring industry‑relevant experience, sufficient capital, and a can‑do attitude. We require holders of both Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses; if you lack them, we provide resources. This role is for an initiative‑taking, results‑driven, business‑mind set person interested in building a profitable, multi‑line insurance agency. You will own and grow an agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling our products to a well‑defined and loyal client base.
