Are you a Sales Executive or Account Exec with experience selling HR-tech, ATS platforms, or SaaS solutions? Have you hunted and closed new business within the staffing or HR-tech industries? If you're a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or SaaS sales exec with staffing, HR-tech, or ATS experience who wants to hunt net-new business in an underserved market, this is for you.
This PE-backed company provides a cloud-based platform that helps employers streamline how they manage multiple staffing agencies, from job requisitions to timesheets and invoicing. Focused on the underserved light industrial staffing space, including logistics, manufacturing, food production, and automotive, this company has grown steadily and recently joined a larger platform group, gaining new resources while keeping its independent, entrepreneurial culture. On pace to roughly double bookings this year, the team is scaling fast; new hires walk into open territory, a proven sales motion, and real upside.
What You Will Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Source and qualify net-new opportunities across the light industrial staffing space
- Book and run product demos independently
- Sell to HR, procurement, and operations leaders managing contingent labor programs
- Build pipeline through a mix of self-sourced and inbound leads
- Use AI tools to help qualify and prioritize leads
What You'll Need
- Experience hunting and closing new business within the staffing industry
- Experience selling an ATS or HR-tech SaaS software
- Experience closing deals in a hunting-driven, net-new sales environment
- A low-ego, team-first mindset
Plus Skills
- HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar sales tools
- AI-assisted lead qualification in daily workflow
