Moon Title & Escrow is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in financial handling, take and process customer payments, and input numerical data into our systems. Responsibilities include answering phones, providing professional customer service, making bank deposits and deliveries, and corresponding with banks, real estate agents, and clients to send out and obtain accurate information in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, have strong computer skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and committed to supporting smooth daily operations and maintaining excellent communication across all parties involved in the closing process.
