Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our human resources function in our new factory located at Wilson, NC. The HR Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position requires an experienced professional with a hands‑on approach to hiring, talent management, and employee relations, etc. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee relations. Support payroll, benefits, and HR policy administration. Coordinate training and performance management activities. Handle office administration, facility management, and company events. Assist in sourcing and managing IT outsourcing vendors and service providers. Coordinate with external IT service providers for daily IT support and system maintenance, and IT purchasing. Support daily communication and coordination related to office IT systems, network, computers, and user issues. Assist management with daily operational coordination. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations while maintaining alignment with corporate standards. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or company. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of HR and administration experience. Experience in start-up manufacturing factories is highly preferred. Familiar with U.S. labor laws and HR practices preferred. Experience coordinating with external vendors.
