This Payroll Administrator Position Features:

• Minimum of 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably handling multi-employee payroll (300+ employees)
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and applicable labor laws
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• Formulas (VLOOKUP, IF statements, a big plus)
• Data analysis and reporting
• Experience working with payroll systems and assisting with system implementations is highly preferred
• Ability to work in both manual and automated payroll environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
