Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of shipping and receiving experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be committed to safety, accuracy, and providing quality service while working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment, as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by organizing stock and updating inventory management systems.
• Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
• Communicate with supervisors, carriers, and team members to resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, a positive work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
