As a Security Guard Patrol Officer in Grove City, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support security-related operations, and remain visible to help to deter incidents. This role offers the chance to deliver strong customer service and communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, yard, parking areas, loading and unloading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and/or visitor activity, helping to verify authorized entry and following post instructions for deliveries, pickups, and other site movements.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing for damaged property, open doors, unsecured trailers, and/or other security-related issues, then communicating findings according to site protocol.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
