We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and coachable individual to join our sales team. No previous sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants an opportunity to grow into leadership.
Responsibilities
● Represent nationally recognized Fortune 100 brands with professionalism.
● Build relationships with new and existing customers.
● Educate customers on products and services to help them make informed decisions.
● Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals.
● Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and coaching.
● Learn sales techniques, communication skills, and leadership fundamentals.
● Accurately complete customer applications and required paperwork.
● Uphold company values and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
● Must be at least 18 years old.
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
● Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Reliable transportation is preferred.
