In this role, you’ll help process orders and quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience from request to resolution. What You’ll Do Partner with the sales and customer service team to keep daily operations running smoothly. Enter customer orders accurately and promptly. Prepare and process quotes while building knowledge of products and vendor tools. Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers. Help prioritize requests, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Build positive working relationships with teammates, customers, and managers. Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven culture. Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong customer service mindset and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning internal systems and software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally. Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret information and respond to customer needs. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
