Dual Enrollment Engagement Manager

Job Summary High School Dual Enrollment (HSDE) is a program that allows high school students to earn college‑level credits while completing their high school credentials. Under the direction of the Director of High School Dual Enrollment, the Manager of Engagement is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that broaden WSU HSDE’s reach and deepen its impact within the community. This role balances high‑level strategic planning with on‑the‑ground execution to increase engagement between WSU HSDE and students, parents, high schools, communities, and WSU academic departments. Responsibilities Designing and implementing engagement strategies to broaden HSDE’s reach. Strategic communication with all partners, including students, parents, high schools, community organizations, and WSU academic departments. Planning and executing email campaigns, social media campaigns, website development, and student‑centered events. Organizing parent information sessions. Balancing strategic planning with on‑the‑ground execution to increase community impact. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in education, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of full‑time employment in a related field. Preferred Qualifications One year of supervisory experience. Experience creating and managing outreach plans for a variety of stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage an array of audiences, including students, families, and educators. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience building collaborative partnerships with a broad range of organizations (tech colleges, K‑12, community, etc.).
