Dickson City Hyundai is a high-volume, customer-focused dealership committed to delivering a professional and efficient buying experience. As part of a growing automotive group, we pride ourselves on strong leadership, consistent traffic, and a team-oriented environment.

We are currently seeking a motivated BDC Representative who is a strong communicator, a team player, and looking to grow within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Conduct outbound follow-up with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet daily and monthly activity and appointment goals

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Compensation

• Competitive pay based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Includes weekdays and Saturdays
• One weekday off
• Sundays off
