Accounting Manager

Here at LHH we are partnered with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join their finance leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on accounting professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and partnering closely with operations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and supervise a team of accounting professionals Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting Oversee cash forecasting, vendor payments, and accounts receivable collections Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses in accordance with GAAP Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal control initiatives Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting accuracy Partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting and operational challenges Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or CMA preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years of people management experience Full-cycle accounting experience within a manufacturing environment required Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and month‑end close processes Why Consider This Opportunity?
