About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 6 weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC within 90 days of hire Must-Have: 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department. Description: This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients. The candidate should have experience in a high-volume emergency department with a focus on teamwork and patient experience. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure respectful and effective interactions with patients. Candidates should be prepared to float to various sections within the Emergency Department. The unit operates with a patient ratio of 4:1, which may increase to 7:1 for specific cases. Required certifications must be obtained before starting the position.
