We are searching for a Field Support Technician to provide field support for the manufacturer of slot machine displays.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Perform inspection, functional testing, and verification of display, monitor, and touchscreen products to ensure they meet quality and shipment standards.
• Identify defective, damaged, or out-of-spec units and manage the internal RMA/refurbish workflow, including documentation and tracking.
• Conduct basic repairs, adjustments, and component replacements following company procedures and engineering instructions.
• Support incoming material inspections and maintain accurate records of product status, defects, and rework history.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and quality teams to report issues, provide feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring packaging, labeling, and configuration are correct.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety and quality guidelines.

 

Requirements

 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform hands-on inspection, testing, and light repair work.
• Basic understanding of electronic devices, monitors, or hardware components.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Comfortable using tools, equipment, and test instruments in a workshop or warehouse environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift and handle products as required and work in a warehouse or technical workspace.
• Ability to communicate in Korean at a basic level is preferred but not required.
