We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll enjoy the freedom to build a book of business while benefiting from the resources and support of our established agency. In this commission-only role, your earnings potential will reflect the work you put in. Responsibilities:

• Proactively connect with potential customers via outbound calls, referrals, and networking to generate leads.


• Educate clients about Allstate insurance products, including auto and home coverage.


• Recommend personalized coverage options tailored to each client’s unique needs.


• Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and foster long-term relationships.


• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and agency targets.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using agency systems.


• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to enhance your expertise.

Requirements: 

• Must hold a valid insurance license (required before starting).


• Proven experience in sales with a track record of success.


• Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Coachable, eager to learn, and open to constructive feedback.


• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience.
