Role Description This full-time remote Life Insurance Agent role focuses on helping individuals and families understand and select appropriate life insurance coverage in alignment with Texas regulations and consumer protection standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospective policyholders, assessing their financial protection needs, and presenting suitable life insurance options. The role involves processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and communicating policy details, premiums, and benefits clearly. The agent will provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries, and support policyholders through changes, claims, and renewals. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines are essential parts of the position. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to match products to consumer needs. Solid understanding of Insurance and Finance principles relevant to life insurance products and long-term financial planning. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving. Relevant state life insurance licensing (or eligibility to obtain), with knowledge of Texas insurance regulations. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information responsibly. Proficiency with common office software and digital tools used for remote communication and recordkeeping. Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
