We connect people with the life and health insurance they need, and we do that entirely by phone. Our agents aren't cold calling or chasing leads. All incoming calls are already warm, already routed, and ready. We handle the pipeline so our agents can focus on what they're actually good at: helping people. We are expanding rapidly and seeking licensed agents interested in a flexible, rewarding career that enables them to work completely from home.## Position OverviewThis is a traditional, full-time employee role: W-2, benefits, the whole package. You'll be working set hours, Monday through Friday, as part of the Halo Group team. Like the contractor role, this is 100% work from home, no commute, no office, no hybrid schedule. All calls are inbound and managed in-house, so you're never out there chasing your own clients. This role is available in **Houston, TX**.**Estimated Annual Earnings: $85,000 – $95,000**. That works out to roughly **$7,083 – $7,916/month**, or **$40 – $45/hour** all-in with commission.## Key Responsibilities* Take inbound calls from people actively looking for life and health insurance* Help clients understand their options and guide them toward the right plan* Complete the full sales process from the first call to the submitted application* Hit consistent availability windows Monday–Friday (full-time schedule)* Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements* Work as part of a structured, supported team environment## What Halo Group Provides* 100% inbound calls, no cold calling, ever* Study materials and state license fees are covered if you need to get licensed* Active lead flow across all states (meaning you won't be sitting around waiting for calls)* Flexibility to build your own schedule, Monday–Friday* A straightforward, contractor-friendly structure with no micromanagement## Employee Requirements* A valid Life & Health insurance license or readiness to earn one (we'll cover the cost)* A working computer* Reliable internet and a stable home workspace* Full-time availability, Monday–Friday* Located in or eligible to work in: Houston, TX## Employment Status1099 Contractual role with Halo Group* Independent contractor* No taxes withheld* No employer-sponsored benefits, and no stock options* You're running your own book of business under our umbrella
