Key Responsibilities for the Client Account Manager:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

Partner with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction

Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and enhance client outcomes

Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Monitor account activity and support ongoing retention efforts

Qualifications for the Client Account Manager:

Experience in account management, client success, or relationship management

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Experience working within a service-based organization preferred

Strong project coordination and client communication skills

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
