• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all facility equipment to maximize uptime and reliability
• Respond to production line breakdowns and troubleshoot maintenance issues across departments
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Maintain parts inventory, document completed work, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and quality teams on maintenance needs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance technician experience (technical degree preferred)
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and interpret technical documentation
• Forklift certification eligibility and ability to pass a respirator fit test
• Availability for overtime with short notice; dependable attendance required
