Social Media Coordinator

Overview

We are searching for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Social Media team. This position will be responsible for working with the Director of Social Media, PR and brand marketing teams to develop and implement social media strategies and influencer marketing programs for Kobrand Corporation's portfolio of fine wines and spirits. All candidates must be highly motivated, dynamic, talented and experienced professionals with proven project management skills. They also should have a very strong work-ethic, extensive social media knowledge, and excellent writing skills. Experience in a digital agency or in-house Social Media Department and interest in the wine industry are essentials.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

Social Media & Content

• Support social media strategies across multiple brands, including creating, writing, scheduling, and publishing engaging, on-brand content
• Maintain content calendars, coordinate creative assets, and monitor social channels while engaging with consumers, influencers, and media

Influencer Marketing & Events

• Research and coordinate influencer partnerships, including mailers, product shipments, giveaways, and event invitations
• Assist with event content capture and real-time social coverage as needed

Trends, Analytics & Operations

• Monitor social media trends, competitors, audience preferences, and platform updates to identify opportunities to improve performance
• Assist with social media reporting, budgets, invoices, vendor documentation, and digital content management, including usage rights and approvals
• Ensure content follows brand standards and alcohol beverage compliance guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum of 1-year professional experience in social media
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
• Outstanding verbal and writing skills to communicate effectively, and on-brand, with consumers
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their use
• Savvy and knowledgeable about current social media best practices and innovations
• Knowledge of analytics, tracking and social media monitoring tools including Meta, SproutSocial, Later, Google Analytics, and other digital tools
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Social Media Influencer connections, ability to work effectively and flexibly in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment of a growing fine wine company

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times

Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base compensation range for this job classification is between $55,000 and $60,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is dependent on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
