Janitorial Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Janitorial Coordinator to support procurement and operations across 20 sites in the Bay Area. This role is responsible for managing office and janitorial supply inventory, submitting purchase orders, tracking financials, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with live documents and financial tracking tools, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting both leadership and site needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor inventory levels of office and janitorial supplies across multiple sites to ensure adequate stock
• Submit purchase requests and draft purchase orders (POs) for approval within internal systems
• Track and manage procurement activity using internal finance tools
• Coordinate delivery of supplies, equipment, and special requests across all locations
• Work with vendors on order status, fulfillment, and equipment repair coordination
• Support financial tracking, including spend visibility and contract management for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and procurement documentation
• Partner with Manager and Supervisors on operational needs and fill in as needed
• Assist with ticketing systems to track requests and procurement workflows
• Provide general operational support to ensure smooth janitorial program execution

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, operations coordination, or administrative support
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (tracking, reporting, data management)
• Experience submitting and managing purchase orders (POs)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or workflow tracking tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting facilities, janitorial, or multi-site operations
• Exposure to financial tracking or contract management
• WATT ticketing experience
• Experience working with vendors or supply chain coordination
