Procurement Manager

Responsibilities Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others, mobilizing resources to meet operational and financial goals. Manage two or more direct reports, including hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees. Monitor and achieve operational and/or financial results for the area of responsibility. Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements, and budgets as needed. Interpret and apply policies, processes, and procedures that affect department functions. Analyze situations or data, evaluate factors, and solve problems following operational policies. Act as an advisor to subordinates, assisting with scheduling and technical issues. Interact frequently with internal personnel and external representatives, participating in meetings to resolve operational and scheduling matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Five or more years of procurement experience managing large‑scale projects. Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. Graphic Packaging retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
