You'll prepare quotations, process orders, provide technical product support, and receive full training on specialist products and their applications. This role would suit someone with experience in customer service or technical support, who is looking to develop specialist knowledge and build a long-term career.

The Role:

The Person:

• Customer service, technical support, inside sales, or similar experience
• CRM or ERP experience
• HVAC, engineering, utility, or other technical industry experience
