Pay Rate: $28.00–$33.00 per hour
Location: Marietta, GA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Marietta. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience and be comfortable working closely with engineers and assemblers to manufacture a variety of products.

This position will support and oversee assembly processes, operate metalworking equipment, fabricate metal components, inspect finished parts, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal parts using appropriate machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Operate metalworking machines and other equipment used in manufacturing processes.
• Support and oversee various assembly processes.
• Work closely with engineers and assemblers to manufacture a wide range of products.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines when operating machinery.
• Apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering principles to manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Perform inspections using established methods and techniques to evaluate part quality.
• Identify quality issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow production procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience .
• Experience operating manufacturing or metalworking machinery.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Basic understanding of measurements, mathematics, and mechanical concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and manufacturing issues.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, assemblers, and other members of the production team.
• Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
