About the Role As a Mid-level Strategist, you'll join our Netherlands regional client team to turn sharp audience insights and social intelligence into bold creative opportunities. You will sit at the intersection of brand strategy, modern social ecosystems, and technology-driven creative execution. We are looking for someone with a passion for creative strategy who can break down complex briefs, decode digital culture, and build connected brand experiences that get noticed. Responsibilities: Develop clear, compelling strategy briefs grounded in market research, audience insights, and cultural trends. Partner with creative and production teams to guide concepts from early strategy through execution. Map out consumer experience journeys and modern campaign ecosystems across digital and social touchpoints. Analyse campaign performance, consumer feedback, and social data to refine ongoing brand strategies. Collaborate with the Strategy Director to support local and regional client presentations. Leverage agency AI workflows and creative tools to optimise research and strategic output. About You The essentials: Around 5 years of experience in creative, digital, or brand strategy. Proven track record at a creative agency or specialist digital/social shop. Strong foundation in brand strategy principles, social media ecosystems, and modern digital marketing. Great narrative skills , with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic briefs. Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside cross-functional creative teams. Cultural Curiosity. A curious mind with a genuine passion for pop culture, from global trends to the Dutch scene: entertainment, music, creators, memes and moments that start conversations and shape behaviors. You know what’s happening on Dutch TikTok and what’s dominating the group chats and you know how to turn that cultural fluency into ideas that feel native, timely and relevant to local audiences. Not a Must, But a Plus: Experience with or enthusiasm for AI tools in strategic research and workflows. Background in experience strategy or consumer experience design.
