The Role
We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to join one of Europe's fastest-growing AI start-ups. They're building a cutting-edge agentic AI platform helping the world's largest enterprises transform how they operate. You'll own the journey from initial customer discovery through to pilot, production deployment and ongoing optimisation. Working at the intersection of customers, Product and Engineering, you'll turn ambitious AI initiatives into actionable deployment plans and measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for high-agency individuals who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving complex problems and want to make AI work in the real world.
What You Will Do
- Work with enterprise customers to understand their operations, challenges and priorities.
- Lead discovery, define project scope and establish clear success metrics.
- Translate business requirements into actionable deployment plans for technical teams.
- Coordinate deployments across customers, Product and Engineering.
- Manage project timelines, risks and blockers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support production launches, adoption and continuous improvement of deployed AI agents.
- Identify new use cases and opportunities to expand customer relationships.
- Spend time onsite with customers, solving real-world problems and ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable value.
Who You Are
- Experience in deployment-focused, technical consulting or execution-oriented roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, system integrations, data flows and emerging AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A high-ownership mindset with a bias towards action.
- Passionate about AI and its potential to transform enterprise operations.
- Background in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Forward Deployed roles.
- Experience supporting production software deployments.
- Experience working in early-stage or rapidly scaling technology companies.
- Comfortable working from the NYC office
