Fastest growing Commercial Cleaning and Franchising company in the USA (#1 Entrepreneur Magazine 2024) is seeking a sales and business development representative in our WPB office to accelerate our mutual growth to the next level. We want you to succeed by helping us succeed.
Your duties would include sales calls on existing clients, sales calls on new leads we provide and new leads you develop, networking in industry trade groups and associations, working closely with our regional office staff to coordinate new account startups, and weekly coordination with our operations team regarding your accounts. We cover accounts from Boca Raton in the south to Sebastian in the north, however you could focus most of your time from Jupiter to Boca.
Salary and commission will be commensurate with skill level and experience along with your performance. No limit on your commissions- and we do have many six figure performers in our system. Some over $200K/year based on performance.
We have a very team oriented and upbeat working environment with flexible scheduling. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, teachable, wants to learn, team player that can operate both in the team and on their own, self disciplined, and with a friendly "people personality". Cleaning contract experience is not needed but certainly helpful. If you want to work, learn, and earn-we have an excellent opportunity.
