About the Role accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced NC FAST Reports Developer to support enterprise reporting, data integration, and analytics initiatives within a large public sector environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining complex reporting solutions, data extracts, ETL processes, dashboards, and database-driven applications. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle technologies, PL/SQL development, ETL processes, reporting solutions, and business intelligence tools . The ideal candidate will be capable of analyzing business requirements, designing reporting solutions, optimizing database performance, and supporting operational reporting needs. This is a hybrid position based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Candidates should be comfortable supporting critical production systems and participating in an on-call support rotation when required. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain complex reports and data extracts. Gather and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders. Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code. Create and maintain ETL processes and batch jobs. Work with large datasets, XML, and CLOB data structures. Design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and reporting issues. Support validation, audit, and data integrity initiatives. Collaborate with technical and business teams in an Agile environment. Participate in production support and on-call activities. Required Qualifications 5+ Years of Experience Oracle Database Development Oracle Utilities ETL Development Tools PL/SQL Programming Relational Database Modeling Structured System Development Methodologies Business Intelligence Tools (Business Objects, BIRT, or similar) Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries Performance tuning and troubleshooting large databases 2+ Years of Experience Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) Data Warehouse Development Amazon Redshift Tableau Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships and respond with urgency to business needs Mandatory Certifications (list all the certifications candidate has around ORACLE, Power BI, Synapse, Agile and others.)
