HVAC Service Technician

Boise, Idaho | Full Time $25-$35 per hour DOE + SPIFs Overtime and after-hours pay at time-and-a-half $1,000 sign-on bonus available YOU KNOW HOW TO FIX HVAC SYSTEMS. WHAT YOU'LL DO Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems Explain findings and repair options clearly and honestly to customers Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and Fox quality standards Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the office Keep your company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized Represent Fox professionally and help us improve how we serve customers WHAT YOU'LL BRING At least one year of residential HVAC service experience An active Idaho HVAC Journeyman registration or Apprentice registration with at least 2,000 documented hours EPA Section 608 certification Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer communication skills A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record A professional, dependable, team-first attitude A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing Ability to meet screening requirements WHAT FOX OFFERS $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience Performance SPIF opportunities $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing a 60-day introductory period and remaining in good standing Overtime and after-hours work paid at time-and-a-half 100% company-paid employee health insurance, including dental and vision Paid time off and paid holidays Retirement plan with company match Paid training and professional development Stable, year-round work Accessible, locally involved leadership Clearer roles, stronger processes, and a workplace where your opinion matters READY FOR A BETTER PLACE TO WORK?
