Job Description We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on web development to build and enhance the AI-powered lending platform at Insight Funders. You will work on designing scalable web applications , improving user experience , and ensuring seamless frontend and backend integration . This role requires a passion for fintech , a strong understanding of financial data systems , and expertise in modern web technologies . Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a responsive, high-performance web application for the AI-powered private credit marketplace. Build APIs and microservices to connect the frontend with AI models and financial data sources. Optimize UX/UI for borrower and lender interactions, ensuring intuitive and seamless workflows. Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI-powered underwriting, risk assessments, and financial analytics. Ensure system security and compliance , handling sensitive financial data securely. Deploy and manage scalable applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Improve application performance and ensure a smooth user experience. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field. Experience 3-6+ years of experience in full-stack web development , preferably in fintech, AI, or SaaS. Experience working with financial platforms, credit underwriting, or lending applications is a plus. Technical Skills Backend: Experience with Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Ruby on Rails . Databases: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB . Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and CI/CD pipelines. APIs & Microservices: Experience in designing and integrating RESTful & GraphQL APIs . Security & Compliance: Understanding of data security best practices , especially for financial applications.
