Experience: 6 9 years (Advanced)
Workday Business Systems Analyst with strong HCM Core and Compensation configuration experience to support a Payroll Modernization initiative.
The role will configure and troubleshoot Workday, assess payroll impacts, develop reports, and collaborate with Compensation, Payroll, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support Workday HCM Core and Compensation, including business processes, eligibility rules, security, calculated fields, and EIBs.

Analyze and troubleshoot cross-module configuration issues and assess downstream payroll impacts.

Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, implement scalable solutions, and resolve configuration defects.
