Job Summary
The Group Billing Coordinator ensures proper review, timely processing and communication of all guest and group billing and collection thereof in accordance with the Hotel's standard operating procedures.
Education & Experience
• High school graduate.
• College degree in a related field.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Fully bilingual (English/ Spanish).
• Computer proficiency.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Sedentary work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
