Updated: Jun 29, 2025 - The Advisory Manager develops and implements strategies to deliver effective Advisory Services, and unites the HR advisory community to foster engagement and innovate workplace practices. This position builds and manages a visible and trusted Advisory team that partners with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges while coaching leaders and employees in HR policies to enhance talent management, diversity, and performance. The manager also provides expert advice on employment law, oversees disciplinary processes to improve performance, and conducts exit interviews to enhance employee experience and retention.
