Full Job Description We are seeking a highly detail-oriented professional with strong math skills and excellent customer service abilities to join our drop ship team. This position requires daily calculations, cost analysis, insurance benefit breakdowns, and clear communication with patients regarding their financial responsibility. Candidates must be confident working with numbers and comfortable speaking with patients about co-pays and insurance coverage. Required Skills (Please Read Carefully) Ability to accurately calculate co-pays and patient responsibility Perform cost analysis on orders Review insurance benefits and coverage details Work confidently with percentages and financial breakdowns Professional and courteous phone communication Ability to clearly explain insurance benefits and costs to patients Comfortable handling questions and resolving concerns Friendly, patient-focused attitude High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Job Responsibilities Insurance & Financial Processing Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and exclusions Calculate and explain patient co-payments and financial responsibility Obtain prior authorizations as needed Perform cost analysis on each drop-ship order Maintain knowledge of insurance rules and regulations Customer Service & Communication Answer phones according to company policy Assist patients, referral sources, and healthcare team members Follow up on patient drop-ship orders in a timely manner Provide coverage for customer service as needed Compliance & Professionalism Follow all company policies and procedures Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Represent the company professionally in conduct and appearance Preferred Experience Strong background in customer service Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Advanced Medical Solutions, Inc.
