Customer Service Specialist

This role offers a six-month temp-to-hire path with comprehensive job training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for salary growth upon permanent hire. salary: $21 - $21.5 per hour

- Respond to incoming/outbound calls and emails regarding billing, certificates of insurance, and general inquiries.
- Process a high volume of Certificate of Insurance and ID card requests within service-level timelines.
- Perform outreach calls for new business, renewals, and customer satisfaction checks.
- Assist with mailbox indexing, First-Party Collections outreach, and returned mail processing.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience required; prior experience in Commercial Rating or Agency Customer Service is preferred.
- Education: College degree preferred, but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating and operating proprietary software and online databases.
