Position: Fellowship & PGY-4 Coordinator

Reports to: Graduate Medical Education Manager

Work Location: TBD

Role Purpose:

The Fellowship Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all fellowship programs, the PGY-4 AIRE program, away and international rotations for residents, and rural labor & delivery rotations under the BRIDGE program, while ensuring compliance and seamless administrative execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all fellowship programs and the PGY-4 AIRE program.

• Track and confirm away rotations, including international electives for all residents.

• Track and coordinate rural labor & delivery rotations performed by fellows and external fellows as part of the BRIDGE program.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Graduate Medical Education Manager.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical data management and administrative skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex deadlines.

• Proficiency in Google Suite.

• Close attention to detail, specifically for compliance and data entry.

• Ability to manage financial tracking and reconciliation.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of administrative experience in a professional medical setting or high school graduation with 3-5 years of related experience.

• Prompt and reliable work attendance
