Additional Qualifications/Requirements

Work - Onsite (HQ - Dallas, Texas)

Preferred qualifications in addition to required qualifications identified on the job description:

• Familiarity with contract administration processes, including contract modifications, basic price analysis, and assisting with the resolution of order or financial discrepancies
• Strong customer service and communication skills to support daily stakeholder interactions and issue resolution
• Familiarity with or interest in inventory and item management processes, including in-stock performance, replenishment activities, and order accuracy
• Familiarity with inventory and item management systems, including PIM, RETEK, RMS, and BWS, or similar enterprise platforms, is a plus
• Basic knowledge of supply chain operations, including vendor coordination, lead times, and distribution center processes

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):

• MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Required
• ORACLE IPROCUREMENT SYSTEM - Preferred

Job Qualifications

Three years of office/business experience and one year of contract/procurement experience.
Or
Bachelor's degree to include business management and one year of office/business experience including contract/procurement experience.

Degree (one of):

• BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred

Major/Minor (one of):

• BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
• BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred
• SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT - Preferred

Major Duties

Under direct supervision, develop, prepare, and administer routine contracts, bids, and proposals.
Participate in contract negotiations and execute tactical sourcing activities.
Confirm necessary procedural controls exist. Identify any potential risk or compliance issues.
Ensure all contract documentation is compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. Prepare reports as needed.
Manage vendor relationship, monitoring vendor performance to include compliance, quality, and service. Resolve associated issues promptly
Collaborate with business units, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Act as business advisor to internal customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
