Valet Driver - 3rd Shift/$15 P/H + Daily Cash Tips

Job Summary The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests, handling parking, luggage, directions, and reservations. They maintain a friendly and professional demeanor and ensure a safe, efficient experience for all guests. Responsibilities Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greet guests within five feet and use a courteous salutation. Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist guests with luggage, and open vehicle and hotel doors. Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries. Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, handle claim checks, maintain ticket information, and calculate revenue when required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license for the state of employment. One month of related experience or equivalent education/experience. Basic communication skills: read, write, and comprehend standard English. Basic math skills for calculating rates and handling revenue. Ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking is highly desirable. Compensation Hourly base pay $15–$17 per hour plus daily cash tips. Work Schedule Shift: 10:30PM – 7:00AM. Working weekends is mandatory. Physical Requirements Employees must talk or hear regularly; frequently sit or stand for extended periods; run, walk, handle objects, reach with arms; climb stairs; lift up to 100 lbs occasionally; and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
