Executive Associate, Patient Safety

Executive Associate supporting senior leaders in the Patient Safety organization at Bristol Myers Squibb. The role manages calendars, coordinates high-level meetings and events, arranges travel, and handles administrative operations across New Jersey locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and priorities for assigned senior leaders, anticipating issues and adjusting commitments
• Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, site activities, and large-group events with logistics support
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel with responsive support for itinerary changes
• Handle administrative transactions in Workday and maintain accurate departmental records and files
• Interface with executives and stakeholders while managing confidential business and personnel information

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college or advanced technical training preferred
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior executives
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fast-paced environment capability
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, virtual meeting tools, and business operations systems
• Excellent discretion and professionalism handling confidential information and sensitive situations
• Problem-solving ability and technical aptitude for learning new business tools

Compensation: $74,630 - $90,434 base
